Service Description

Book a time to get an in-depth overview of Scryglass Studio's equipment and setup at no charge. Get an overview of the studio's lighting, sound, display, and recording options to see how they can enhance your live games or actual plays. Discuss the needs of your event or project and ask any questions you might have, including about bulk and discounted pricing. Professional GMs and content creators especially welcome! * 15 minutes is provided as a minimum tour time, but you're welcome to stay longer if there is no booking starting after. ** Scryglass Studio is a separate business to Elder Gods & Dragons, operating in the same building. This means EGND membership discounts won't apply to Studio bookings.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and clarity for all our clients, we’ve outlined the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling of room hire bookings: Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy More than 48 hours' notice: Your booking can be cancelled, and your deposit can be refunded. 24 to 48 hours' notice: Your booking can be rescheduled, but your deposit can't be refunded. Less than 24 hours’ notice: Your booking deposit cannot be refunded or reclaimed. 📌 Additional Notes All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to hello@scry.glass . Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, emergencies), we may offer flexible options at our discretion. If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, a full refund or priority rescheduling will be offered.
