Service Description

Take your RPG session to the next level with dynamic lighting effects, immersive sound & music, and freestanding TV display. Included in your booking, an operator will work alongside the GM to adapt the studio's lighting and sound to your game. (Your party ventures into a jungle? Shady green light can fill the walls while buzzing insects and birdsong flow from above.) You can also use the TV to display digital handouts or your existing virtual tabletop campaign. Plus, you'll have access to a modest library of high-quality RPG accessories, including maps, mini standees, dice, and tokens. Perfect for adding a theatrical flair to a chapter or campaign finale! * Scryglass Studio is a separate business to Elder Gods & Dragons, operating in the same building. This means EGND membership discounts won't apply to Studio bookings. ** The current prices include a special early access discount while the Studio is still beta testing and adding features (extra lighting states, GM effect controls, alternate sets, etc.). The hourly rate is expected to rise to $80 in March 2026 as more features are added and tested.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and clarity for all our clients, we’ve outlined the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling of room hire bookings: Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy More than 48 hours' notice: Your booking can be cancelled, and your deposit can be refunded. 24 to 48 hours' notice: Your booking can be rescheduled, but your deposit can't be refunded. Less than 24 hours’ notice: Your booking deposit cannot be refunded or reclaimed. 📌 Additional Notes All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to hello@scry.glass . Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, emergencies), we may offer flexible options at our discretion. If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, a full refund or priority rescheduling will be offered.
